This page collects information about the site itself that, for whatever reason, needs to be shared. It is not terribly detailed, because there’s not much I see the point in sharing here. So, you (for now) just get the really important stuff.
About Me
Not much to say here. I’m older, married, and generally pretty happy in life. I kind of wish generative artificial intelligence didn’t exist, but now that it does, I want to make the best of things, I guess? I’ve considered myself a transhumanist since the 1990s.
I’m not well-read or terribly studied about all of this, but I want to be. I know a couple of very simple programming languages, and I have access to a lot of technology through family members. I’m experimenting and learning as I go, and my perspectives change frequently.
I became interested in large language models in February of 2025, but had to take a break over the summer. I began looking into generative artificial intelligence again in autumn of 2025, and started experimenting with local models. I often use a customized SillyTavern to chat with the bots, which end up as character cards.
I think (currently, anyways) that generative artificial intelligence obviously requires more responsibility. I also think that a lot of the tangible issues we’re seeing with these things stem from existing social and economic issues. I doubt we can ban a technology. It usually works out poorly when we try. In many cases, we’ll have to address deeper root causes eventually, with or without AI.
I don’t believe generative artificial intelligence is sapient, sentient, etc. The chatlogs with bots that you can read on this site might as well be longplays of The Sims. Over time I will probably write more and more about how I see the products of generative artificial intelligence and how chatbots can entertain (or not). My perspective on it is still developing.
As of February 2026, my latest goal is to try making some simple vtubing videos but will I succeed? We'll see... making videos is actually a complicated process, even though I do have a model.

I love inspiration for new prompts. If you have ideas for a character card or something to try, send it my way! That said, do not send me or otherwise contact me requesting a sexual card. I have nothing against people getting off to chatbots. It's just not my thing. When people send me that stuff unsolicited, I find it worse than rude.
Since I began my vtubing quest, I've begun receiving messages from people trying to sell me art, models, overlays, etc. Please do not do this. If I want to commission you, I will contact you. I do intend to commission as many artists as I can for it, but again, I'll find you, not the reverse. I'll probably block and ignore otherwise.

I hope to keep an expanding list of credits for the site. I might be missing something but I will add things as I go along. Included are assets and such related to my vtubing quest, including the studio models, etc.
Human Credits
- SillyTavern is the frontend that I use mostly to talk to chatbots with very few exceptions. It's not particularly easy to install but is getting easier it seems like, and I had a lot of help installing it.
- The "Glowing Corridor" image that you see on some pages is a smaller version of one purchased from Dream-art. I have Dream-art's permission to use the small version like that, and will use the large version as a stream background.
- My current model was purchased from Chaliz on VGen. It is a highly-customizable model with lots of different options and an active community of modifiers. My next model will be custom.
Robot Credits
- I decided I'd do as much vibe coding as possible with this particular project, and mostly used ChatGPT and Codex for that at first, moving to Deepseek and a local model called Qwen3-30b-A3B over time. I want to phase out using API at all, but I doubt it'll happen
- All images that have not been credited above are, in fact, the work of generative AI through the interface of ComfyUI on my computer. I'm trying to make my prompts to these creatures more elaborate as time goes on, and am admittedly seeing strange and interesting results.
